Welcome to IDrive Self Drive Car Rentals. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking our vehicles. By using our services, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driving license and national ID to rent a vehicle from us.

2. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability. Full payment must be made at the time of booking. For monthly rentals, a security deposit may be applicable.

3. Fuel Policy

Fuel is not included in the rental amount. The customer is responsible for refueling the vehicle during the rental period.

4. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles should be used only for legal and personal transportation purposes. Commercial use or subletting is strictly prohibited.

5. Damage and Responsibility

Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle due to negligence or misuse. All vehicles must be returned in the condition they were provided.

6. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the booking start time for a partial refund. Security deposits are refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Your personal details will only be used for booking and customer service purposes.
